About The Position

The Guidehouse Internship Program staffs interns on real world projects, showcases the Guidehouse culture, and provides interns with a meaningful experience at a global professional services organization. Interns work with teams and provide real-time deliverables in support of clients. Each intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience. Highlights of the Guidehouse Internship Program include: 10-week experience in the Summer of 2026 (Anticipated to start Monday, June 8 thru Friday, August 14) Learning & Development Sessions (both E-learning & Instructor-Led) Performance management, including developing goals and holding Mid-Point Check-In and Final Evaluations Networking & Social Activities and Events Capstone Project Guidehouse is looking for an intern to perform various tasks and support our Office of the General Counsel team this summer. In this role you will have the opportunity to: You will have the chance to assist multiple groups within the Legal Department, obtaining insight into the core functions that support the Company’s compliance with laws and regulations and manage risk Support the Ethics & Compliance function with policy management, internal investigations, and training initiatives. You will have the chance to assist the Federal Contracts teams with the full contract administration lifecycle including preparing and reviewing documents like Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements. Process contract awards, modifications, and close out of US Government contracts and subcontracts with external and internal customers. Work closely withGeneral Counsel on special projects. Requirements

Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years
Minimum Degree Status Required: Current enrollment as a first-year student in a full-time law degree program or graduating with an undergraduate or advanced degree between December 2026 and Spring 2027
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the country

Responsibilities
