What to Expect If Selected Interns are expected to work an average of 30 hours per week ; days can be flexible around school needs. The AAA, Inc. Internship Program will last from June 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026. Hourly rate for this position is $15 - $17.
Requirements
- Working towards a degree in Human Resources, Leadership Development, Leadership, or similar
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant software
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the team
Responsibilities
- Assist in specific projects relating to the department
- Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to support business initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team discussions
- Collaborate with colleagues on cross-functional projects
- Assist with administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping
- Take initiative in learning new skills and seeking out opportunities for professional development
