Your Role as a Learning & Development Intern This internship will focus on supporting the Learning & Development team with training projects, learning content updates, and administrative tasks while gaining exposure to instructional design and facilitation.
Requirements
- Undergrad Junior status or above
- Interest in learning and development, training, or human resources
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Basic design or content creation familiarity
- Ability to work within the hours of Monday through Friday between 7:00am-5:00pm
- Hours will vary and can be worked around course schedules.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development, updating, and organization of training materials, job aids, and reference resources
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) tasks such as uploading content, tracking completions, and generating basic reports
- Help gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to support training improvements
- Assist with basic instructional design tasks, including formatting content and creating simple learning activities
- Support training sessions by assisting with logistics, materials, and virtual or in-person setup
- Help capture or organize photos, videos, or content used for learning purposes
- Perform administrative and project support tasks to assist ongoing L&D initiatives
