Requirements
- Minimum High School or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Valid auto insurance coverage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
Responsibilities
- Ability to follow and successfully complete structure training program
- Ability to learn all phases of Land
- Ability to research municipalities as directed.
- Ability to prepare proformas and financial models with the guidance of Acquisition Dept.
- Ability to prepare various reports, and studies as directed for acquisition process.
- Ability to help in the due diligence process by gathering pertinent information and assist in the assemblage of the Acquisition Green Book
- Other Duties as assigned
