What you could be doing as a Knowledge Management Intern?
You’ll work alongside compliance managers, program leads, and engineers to build a unified knowledge system that connects people, tools, and standards.
You may:
Create and organize technical documentation and standard operating procedures for lab and datacenter operations.
Build onboarding and safety training modules for new engineers and technicians.
Improve knowledge-sharing systems in Confluence and SharePoint for global collaboration.
Support near-miss and safety reporting frameworks, ensuring visibility and tracking of corrective actions.
This role provides exposure to operational programs supporting some of the world’s most advanced AI hardware development labs.

Requirements

• Are currently enrolled and studying towards a Communications, Information Management, Business (or related field) Degree (Bachelors, Masters or PHD students welcome). Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience.
