EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the SUMMER of 2026.

Requirements

  • Must be actively working towards a Bachelor's degree, pursuing a career in knowledge management, content or website management, technical writing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft Office products (Word) and G-Suite (Google Docs).
  • A professional yet enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
  • A set of core values that includes integrity, drive, humility, and intelligence.
  • Ability to flexibly and constructively adapt to change.
  • You will be expected to work within the hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in creating, overhauling, and maintaining pages on the company's intranet/knowledge system.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders as needed to gather and review content for publication.
  • Help to maintain and update existing content on the intranet/knowledge system to reflect organizational changes and updates.
  • Assisting with knowledge management processes, such as logging information on knowledge resources to the digital asset management (DAM) system.
  • Organizing information within Google Drive.
  • Adding resources and information to the Google Sites-based intranet/knowledge platform.
  • Collaborate with Technical Writers and other members of the L&D Team to ensure learning resources are accurate and consistent.
