About The Position

Our IT team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the
role of IT Infrastructure Technician Intern. This internship provides valuable
hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud services,
and end-user system support within a fast-paced manufacturing and
technology-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, keen to learn modern IT
infrastructure practices, and ready to contribute to maintaining secure,
reliable, and high-performing systems that underpin business operations.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Innovation, Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated work ethics and attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and supporting servers, network devices, and enterprise infrastructure systems.
• Support daily IT operations including hardware setup, software installation, and troubleshooting end-user issues.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and security alerts to ensure infrastructure reliability.
• Assist with documentation and inventory management of IT assets.
• Participate in infrastructure projects.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business technology needs.
• Stay updated with emerging infrastructure technologies and industry best practices.
