The Business Operations team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support cross-functional operational activities spanning engineering programs, business operations, and mission execution This role will provide hands-on exposure to how complex technical programs are coordinated, tracked, and supported across the enterprise while working closely with operations, program teams, and leadership.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a BS or MS program in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset with the ability to organize complex information
- Proven ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and propose solutions
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works with a sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support Integrated Operations teams with day-to-day program and operational activities
- Assist with tracking schedules, deliverables, risks, and action items across projects
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefings using Excel and PowerPoint
- Help document and improve internal processes and workflows
- Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Review data sets and metrics to support decision-making
- Assist with special projects focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, business, and program teams
