About The Position

Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity: We are looking for a motivated and curious Summer Intern to support our IS Digital & AI Enablement team while working closely as a partner to our Specialist/Senior Specialist, Knowledge Management & Training Enablement. This internship is designed for someone who is excited about AI, digital tools, and learning enablement, and who wants hands-on experience contributing to real initiatives that support how teams learn and adopt new capabilities. The intern will focus on targeted priority areas, including curating AI learning pathways, supporting intranet updates, and helping plan and deliver an end-of-summer learning event that showcases digital and AI best practices across the organization. AI Learning Pathways & Content Curation Curate and organize LinkedIn Learning pathways and other learning resources to support AI and digital capability development. Align learning content to defined skill areas and learning goals in partnership with the Specialist/Senior Specialist. Identify gaps or opportunities to improve clarity, sequencing, and usability of learning content. Knowledge Management & Intranet Support Support updates to the IT intranet site related to digital, AI, and technology learning content. Help organize, refresh, and maintain knowledge assets so content is easy to find and use. Apply basic content standards (naming, tagging, formatting) to support consistency and scalability. End of Summer Learning Event & Change Champion Collaboration Support planning and execution of an end-of-summer learning event in partnership with the Change Champion Network. Assist with logistics, communications, content preparation, and coordination. Help showcase staff and intern best practices in digital and AI capabilities, including demos, use cases, or short presentations. Contribute ideas to make the event engaging, practical, and accessible. Team Support & Learning Support the Digital & AI Enablement team with ad hoc initiatives as priorities evolve. Gain exposure to how IT enables learning, change, and technology adoption in a growing life sciences organization. Learn how knowledge management and training programs are designed and scaled. You’ll help design and deliver a capstone learning event that showcases innovation and best practices. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or undergraduate student or within 5 years of graduation.
  • Education or coursework beyond high school in a relevant area (e.g., business, technology, life sciences, communications, information systems, or related field).
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools or digital platforms, with examples of how they’ve helped you learn, work more efficiently, or solve problems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a project lead.
  • Proactive communicator who is comfortable asking questions and sharing progress.
  • Interest in AI adoption, digital transformation, and workplace learning.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning or similar.
  • Familiarity with intranet, collaboration, or content management tools.
  • Experience supporting events, presentations, or communications.
  • Interest in change management, enablement, or instructional design.
