Note: we are unable to hire in every state 15-20 HOURS PER WEEK Summary: The Information Management Intern supports data and analytics initiatives by improving enterprise metadata and contributing to AI - ready data practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a Bachelor's degree program at a four-year college or university, preferably in a Data, Analytics, Information Systems, or related program.
• Must possess an interest in data & information management, governance, metadata, and analytics.
• Exposure to data management principles and techniques, including basic proficiency with T‑SQL for querying and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with structured documentation.
• To facilitate working from home, and as a requirement for this role, candidates must provide their own reliable, high speed internet access with sufficient bandwidth to execute all job functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document metadata gaps across data assets.
• Assist with drafting business definitions and data standards.
• Support operationalization of metadata across tools and platforms.
• Contribute to AI and analytics data readiness initiatives.
• Organize and standardize data documentation.
• Collaborate with data and analytics team members.
• Perform additional data support tasks as assigned.
