Summary: The Income Tax Analyst Intern will gain practical experience in corporation taxation, including hand-on experience with various tax & financial statement software.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance in a 4 year degree program as a junior or senior or currently enrolled in a Master’s program.
- Candidate must have taken at least one academic course related to taxation.
- Candidate must currently have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of the federal and state corporate income tax returns.
- Prepare audit ready workpaper files to support current year tax returns for financial and tax audits.
- Preparation of the federal and state depreciation calculations.
- Assist with the state income and franchise tax compliance including preparation of estimated tax payment calculation.
