As an Income Tax Intern, you will …… Assist in the preparation of the Consolidated Federal Tax Return and Local Tax Returns. Prepare schedules supporting Federal, State, and Local returns. Research relevant federal and state tax topics as requested and prepare written summations. Research government tax notices, gather/analyze necessary information, and prepare correspondence as needed. Assist with the gathering of information necessary for federal and state audits. Other projects as required. We are seeking highly motivated individual enrolled in an undergraduate program as an accounting/finance major. This role is supporting the day-to-day functions of the corporate income tax team. The right individual for this role has an interest in accounting/finance/tax career. Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in a four-year academic institution
  • Accounting/Finance Major
  • Academic success (GPA of 3.2 or higher)
  • Minimum experience: Accounting/Finance Major
  • Legal Age Requirements: At least 18 years of age
  • Attention to Detail - Careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
  • Analytical Thinking - Analyzes information and uses logic to address issues and problems.
  • Dependability - Reliable, responsible, dependable to fulfill all obligations.
