About The Position
As an HR Generalist Student Hire, you will work with the human resources team to support a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. You will gain hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations while contributing to projects that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. These positions can lead to future opportunities within HR generalist, talent acquisition, or HR specialist roles. Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR events. Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, innovative mindset
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate
- Willingness to travel
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
