The HR intern will serve as the vital link between the HR department and the seasonal intern cohort. Under the supervision of various HR Managers, the intern will provide high level administrative and project management execution of the Summer Internship Program. The primary purpose of the role is twofold: Liaison & Culture: To act as the “face” of the program, fostering a sense of community among interns and ensuring clear communication between participants and leadership. Operational Support: To gain comprehensive exposure to the HR lifecycle by rotating through and supporting the Benefits, Administration and Onboarding functions.
