About The Position

The internship will provide hands-on experience in the following areas: Support talent acquisition and staffing activities Support onboarding of new hires Continuously improve the implementation of HR processes and systems, maximizing HR technology Enhance HR analytics, metrics, and dashboards Develop and implement communication campaigns to enhance the employee experience with the HR Service Delivery Model Support employee relations Assigned special projects based on business needs

Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master or Doctorate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • Please note that for a bachelor’s degree, the candidate must be in their Sophomore year as a minimum.
  • A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
  • It is required that all student interns be enrolled in their respective college or institution and provide evidence of their insurance coverage
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fully Bilingual – English and Spanish
  • Purpose-driven and values-based individuals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Computer literate (MS Windows, Workday)

Responsibilities

  • Support talent acquisition and staffing activities
  • Support onboarding of new hires
