Options can be discussed in further detail. The Talent Acquisition intern will perform a variety of administrative duties to include recruitment-based activities, campus visits, special team/dept projects, development of networking skills, leading team building activities and gaining general knowledge of the healthcare industry. The HR Resources Generalist intern will gain valuable hands-on experience by actively participating in key projects and collaborating closely with our HR Business Partner team, with a focus on enhancing the overall caregiver experience. This role offers a comprehensive understanding of daily HR generalist functions, providing exposure to various aspects of human resources while contributing to a culture of belonging within our dynamic healthcare environment. The Talent Management HR intern will work collaboratively with the assigned team to drive strategies to support caregiver development and participate in structured learning and networking opportunities. Duties include helping with day one new hire orientation, Network data/engagement, and assist caregivers with career coaching and Network training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One year completion of college and currently enrolled at a college or university
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Professional and ethical demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills
