You’ll uncover, organize, and bring to life the foundation that powers our HR ecosystem — our Job Architecture. Think of this as the Rosetta Stone of HR: understanding how job descriptions connect to pay, performance, recruitment, development, and more. By the end of the summer, you won’t just know how the pieces fit — you’ll have built something that future HR teams will thank you for.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior at the time of application.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, complete, and centralize all job descriptions across the organization.
  • Gather all existing job descriptions
  • Identify missing or outdated roles
  • Collaborate with business partners to update or create new ones in a cohesive format
  • Design and build a centralized, accessible repository for ongoing use by HR and the business
