Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English with the ability to read, write, and speak Vietnamese to create employee documents and communicate clearly with employees.
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, email) and willing to learn HR and benefits software.

Responsibilities

  • Help create and update benefits documents in Vietnamese, such as guides, emails, forms, and instructions that employees will use and must clearly understand.
  • Read, write, and speak Vietnamese fluently to support employees, answer questions, and explain benefits information in everyday language.
  • Assist employees with benefits like health insurance, time off, and other programs by explaining how they work and where to find information.
  • Help enroll employees in benefits during new hire onboarding and yearly sign‑up periods by working with online systems and basic forms.
  • Enter and update employee benefits information in HR systems when changes happen (for example: address changes, marriage, or having a baby).
  • Support the HR team with daily tasks and learn company rules and basic government requirements related to employee benefits.
