About The Position

A Workplace Engagement Strategy Intern supports initiatives that strengthen associate connection recognition and well-being across the enterprise. They assist with planning and coordinating engagement and wellness events creating internal communication materials and collecting and analyzing associate feedback data. They also contribute to programs such as NEXCOM s mentorship program ASI focus groups and Awards and Recognition while helping develop tools and resources to enhance engagement across HQ and field locations.

Requirements

• The applicant must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
