About The Position

The Palms Casino Resort and Palms Place Summer Internship Program is an exciting opportunity for aspiring hospitality professionals to gain hands-on experience in an integrated resort environment. Interns will focus on a key area and have the option to rotate through other departments, receive mentorship from industry leaders, and actively contribute to real-world hospitality operations, all while immersing themselves in the culture of the Palms. PROGRAM START DATE: Monday, June 01, 2026 Program Highlights: Gain hands-on training from industry professionals, building skills that set the foundation for career success. Collaborate on projects and initiatives that drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Develop insights into revenue management, marketing strategies, and overall resort operations. Connect with industry leaders through mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities. Enhance problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Maintain consistent and regular attendance as a key part of the learning experience. Other duties as assigned, contributing to a well-rounded and immersive internship. Departments (Included but not limited to): Casino Marketing Casino Operations Culinary Finance Food & Beverage Hospitality Promotions & Events Human Resources Office of the GM

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a status of Junior or Senior or a graduate within the last year.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License, if needed for the position.
