About The Position

The goal of the Reynolds Lake Oconee internship program is to provide each student with a unique learning experience by exposing them to the different facets of a multi-course golf operation. Each intern will be assigned to a "home" course and will gain exposure to various aspects of golf operations, including Maintenance, Retail, Group Golf, Tournament Director roles, Food & Beverage, Accounting, Human Resources, Kingdom of Golf, and the Taylor Made Performance Lab. Internship students will also attend 1 or 2 seminars covering topics such as Career Advancement, Leadership, Outside Operations, Tournament/Corporate Event Facilitation, Par Stock Level Reporting, Visual Merchandising, and Junior Clinics. Reynolds Lake Oconee will assist with the completion of work experiences through goal setting, study groups, and individual meetings, with goals set and reviewed monthly with a Head Professional, and study groups with Assistant Professionals.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a PGA Golf Management or Sports Management degree
