The Global Patient Operations Intern will provide hands‑on support to our Global Business Process Optimization and Change Management team by assisting with both project‑based work and day‑to‑day business operations. This role will contribute to the successful execution of operational excellence (OpEx) initiatives through coordination, documentation, and administrative support. The intern will gain exposure to cross‑functional operations, process improvement, and project execution while building foundational skills in business operations. This internship is from June 1-August 7, 2026. This is a temporary, time-bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co-op program. Employment in this role does not imply or guarantee ongoing or permanent employment with BMS. The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is between $20-$52/hr. Please note that the final individual compensation and any applicable benefits will be determined by your employer of record (and not BMS). Factors influencing this decision may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location of the job.
