The Intern, Global Partnerships, at Crocs Inc., will support the global brand partnerships marketing team managing Crocs collaborations within sport, entertainment, streetwear and fashion. This role is highly collaborative working across multiple internal functions and licensing partners across the world. This internship will offer hands on experience to a fast-growing organization and exposure to various departments across the business.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Available to work Monday – Friday during the internship period.
• Enthusiast, driven and resourceful problem solver with an excitement for the Crocs brand and a deep understanding of pop culture.
• Must be able to multi-task and balance multiple projects at a time.
• Must hold strong organizational skills & attention to detail and deadlines.
• Must have a positive attitude, willing to be proactive about finding solutions.
• Recent graduate (2026)
• Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
• Must be open to relocating to the Broomfield, CO area upon graduation for consideration for full-time in office positions

Responsibilities

• Use both qualitative and quantitative data to assess the impact of emerging trends (e.g., Gen Z trends/interests), understanding their relevance to the target audience of Crocs and our collaboration partners.
• Support team on go-to-market approach for a new key category of footwear, Jibbitz and accessories within the collectibles category. Responsible for assisting in photoshoots, marketing playbooks, execution and reporting.
• Support marketing playbook maintenance for global partnerships and help facilitate clear communication across multiple channels such as social, PR, creative and product.
• Assist with shipping logistics and inventory management for collaboration product including distribution to partners, celebrities, creators and others.
