The Summer Intern will support high-priority initiatives across the company, working on real-world problems in maritime operations, national security, and data-driven decision making. Interns will be placed on a team based on their skills, interests, and company needs, with primary opportunities across engineering, growth/strategy, and operations (with flexibility for other areas as needed). Interns will be treated as short-term team members and will be expected to own a project and deliver a tangible outcome by the end of the program. The program duration is 10–12 weeks during the summer, with potential for part-time continuation during the academic year. Interns will work approximately 40 hours/week during the summer, with flexible hours for year-round interns. Team placements are primarily in Engineering, Growth/Strategy, or Operations. At the conclusion of the program, interns will present their work to leadership. Strong performers may be considered for future internships or full-time roles. This program is designed to identify high-potential talent and provide meaningful exposure to real-world problems and solutions.
