Interns are embedded on a team from day one, taking on meaningful work and building ownership. The program focuses on strengthening data-driven decision-making, business problem-solving, clear communication, and fluency in tools like AI. Interns are expected to identify opportunities or challenges, develop a point of view, and present a well-supported recommendation at the program's end. By the end of the summer, interns will have a deeper understanding of business operations, stronger judgment, and a foundation for career growth. As a Site Merchandising Intern, you will join a dynamic team that blends the art and science of site merchandising. This role is responsible for the overall site experience, ensuring alignment with product-to-site strategy, promotional messaging, pricing, homepage, and emails. Through a customer-curious lens, you will collaborate with Site Merchandising, Merchandising, Marketing, Ecom Operations, Promotions, Sample, and Photo Studio teams to create a best-in-class online shopping experience. The experience will build foundational skills in navigating the product-to-site pipeline, product management tools, and managing executional tasks in a fast-paced environment. The internship provides exposure to how digital merchandising strategies support online customer experience and business performance. The hourly rate is $35.00 per hour USD. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
