Intern for Rehabilitation Services
About The Position
Reports to: Program Director Title: Intern for DSP: Rehabilitation Services, incl. OPWDD HCBS Waiver (Day Habilitation , Pre-Vocational Services, Pathway, SEMP, Respite) and ACCES-VR General Duties: List of Tasks that Interns are expected to perform with or without a reasonable accommodation Intern(s) will have weekly supervision with the program director. Intern(s) will facilitate individual and group virtual meetings with individuals in their respective field. Intern(s) will assist individuals in setting and achieving goals and steps toward goal attainment. Intern(s) will assist in facilitation Life Plans/LP, Staff Action Plans/SAPs for OPWDD services, as well as vocational services through ACCES-VR, e.g., Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), Assessment Services, Employment Preparation Services, Job Placement Services, Supported Employment Services, Adjunct Services
Responsibilities
