Job Description Join Rockwell Automation as a Finance Intern and gain hands-on experience across multiple finance functions, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Treasury. You'll work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and present your work to senior leadership. This internship also offers: Exposure to diverse finance areas and real-world challenges Mentorship and networking opportunities with finance leaders Professional development through training and feedback sessions

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Expected graduation is December 2026 – May 2028
  • Prior internship or co-op
  • Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
  • Local to Milwaukee area (within 50 miles of the Milwaukee Headquarters location)
  • Variance analysis and financial reporting
  • Effective collaboration
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Help with variance analysis and financial reporting
  • Support audit testing and compliance reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects
  • Analyze data and identify trends to support decision-making
  • Prepare and deliver an end-of-summer presentation to Finance Leadership
