Identify and mitigate hazards through proactive risk assessments and audits. Develop and manage projects using systematic methodologies to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Provide engineering support for installation, commissioning, and startup of new chemical systems and infrastructure. Analyze system performance data to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost savings. Troubleshoot complex chemical system issues and perform root cause analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with Facilities, Manufacturing, Procurement, and external consultants to deliver solutions. Maintain discipline knowledge in chemical theory, instrumentation control, and high-purity principles. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including TPM metrics and preventive maintenance optimization. Support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for chemical systems. Strong understanding of chemical systems, instrumentation control theory, semiconductor facilities and high-purity principles. Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across multiple teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis, troubleshooting methodologies, and risk assessments. Ability to work independently, follow complex procedures, and adapt to changing priorities.
