About The Position

You will be a Chemical Engineer for our team in Camden, AR. As a Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of chemical processes, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
Knowledge of various coating processes.
Knowledge of engineering materials.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of general manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of corrosion mitigation methods.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience in a production environment.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of CARC coating systems.
Knowledge of thermal protective coating systems.
Capable of working within an integrative, team environment.
SAP or other ERP process knowledge.
Proficient with MS Office Suite.
