Department The Production & Hospitality team supports the planning, coordination, and execution of live event and premium hospitality experiences across the sports and entertainment industry. This department works closely with project management, operations, and external partners to deliver high-quality events from initial planning through on-site execution and post-event closeout. Their work plays a key role in creating seamless guest experiences and ensuring operational excellence across events.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a related field such as Hospitality, Event Management, Business, Sports Management, or a similar discipline; Junior or Senior standing preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain effective in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and gather information to support event proposals and budget development, including venues, vendors, entertainment options, and related event components
  • Assist with securing vendor pricing and collecting quotes to support budget planning
  • Support tracking of event finances by updating event P&Ls, processing invoices, and assisting with expense reconciliation
  • Gain exposure to key event disciplines, including Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Guest & Catering Rentals, Signage & Graphics, Venues, Restrooms, Security, and Credentials
  • Support the Production & Hospitality team on additional tasks and initiatives as needed
