About The Position
We are seeking a Computer Science Intern for the End-user Services department located in our Dallas, TX office. This is a paid summer internship opportunity with housing provided if needed. The intern will collaborate with the End-user Services team on projects to automate the digital workspace. These tasks include creating proactive tickets in our ITSM platform using data analytics and working on the Email Distribution List Project by analyzing data, designing and developing the framework, documenting processes, gathering feedback, and assisting with implementation.
