About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience where the intern will gain practical, real-world exposure while supporting day-to-day operations and project-based work. The intern will work closely with experienced professionals, participate in meaningful assignments, and develop valuable skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role is ideal for students who are eager to learn, take initiative, and apply classroom knowledge to real business challenges. This internship is designed to provide meaningful learning opportunities while contributing to the success of the team. Must be authorized to work in the United States. The company will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization (i.e., individuals on student visas are not eligible for an internship). • Payrate is based on completed number of years in college: o Completed freshman year by start of internship: $24.73 per hour o Completed sophomore year by start of internship: $26.45 per hour o Completed junior year by start of internship: $28.18 per hour

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university program
  • Pursuing a degree related to the position
  • Be classified as a minimum of an entering sophomore or above
  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship
  • Must commit to a minimum of 10 weeks of internship

Responsibilities

  • The intern will be responsible for designing and implementing the communication layer that bridges the application and control simulation environments.
  • This includes defining specifications, coding the interface, and validating system synchronization through comprehensive testing.
  • The objective of this internship is to design and implement a software interface that unifies our application and control simulation environments.
  • This integration will enable the high-level software to drive the low-level real-time logic directly within a virtual setting, accelerating testing capabilities and enabling full-stack system validation without hardware dependency.
