We are looking for a creative and driven Features Intern (24 hrs/week) to join our team this spring! This is your chance to dive deep into the world of digital media, contribute to exciting editorial projects, and gain hands-on experience in content creation and social media strategy. As a paid internship (eligible for credit), you'll be part of the action, working directly with a talented news team while learning the ins and outs of digital reporting, content creation, and breaking news! At Decider, we blend creativity with strategy to deliver content that resonates with viewers, making every day an exciting adventure in the world of entertainment. This internship gives you the chance to make an impact in the rapidly growing world of digital entertainment news. Note: This internship is scheduled to run from February 2, 2026 - April 10, 2026 . Participants are expected to work part time hours and adhere to our on-site work schedule. Open to current juniors and seniors pursuing a BA, MA students, and recent graduates who completed their degree within the past year

Requirements

• A pop culture enthusiast with a deep knowledge of both current and classic entertainment trends.
• A creative thinker who can come up with fresh, engaging ideas that will resonate with Decider’s audience.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, social-friendly content.
• A multitasker who can handle multiple assignments at once while maintaining excellent time-management.
• An eager team player who’s excited to learn and contribute to Decider’s exciting projects.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a must; experience with WordPress is highly beneficial!

Responsibilities

• Conduct research for content that the Decider team is working on, including articles, lists, and video projects.
• Gather and edit digital assets (images, GIFs, screencaps, and videos) that will bring Decider’s features to life.
• Participate in content planning meetings, pitching fresh and exciting ideas for blog posts, galleries, videos, and standalone social media content.
• Execute approved content on Decider.com and across social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat), helping to engage our audience and expand our reach.
• Assist the Social Media Editor in developing and optimizing Decider’s social media strategy to boost audience engagement and drive traffic.
