JOB SUMMARY  (How you will make an Impact)   Genfare is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact.   As the Data Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for reviewing the integrated front end platforms and processesto increase efficiencies and drive increased SRT revenue.

Requirements

  • Experience in functional requirement gathering
  • Ability to translate complicated business requirements into multiple solution options and explain thepros/cons of various approaches
  • Understanding of SaaS commercial business models
  • Know-how in project management methodologies
  • Excellent personal communications skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Review the current state process analysis through existing documentation and employee interviews
  • Learn Genfare software tools where applicable
  • Conduct Data analysis using excel and AI tools
  • Present change recommendations and critical insights to internal Genfare stakeholders
  • Implement digital process enhancements using available tools like Smartsheet, Zapier, SAP, etc.
  • Prepare final report on the intern experience
