About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team and support data-driven decision making across the organization. This role is ideal for students interested in understanding how a business actively uses analytics, reporting, and business intelligence. You will work closely with the data analytics team and business leaders to transform raw data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Working or educational knowledge of Microsoft’s Power BI
- Understand concepts of a data warehouse
- Foundational knowledge of a relational database
- Basic computer/software troubleshooting skills
- Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills
- High attention to detail and willingness to become a well-rounded IT contributor
- Ability to read and write SQL
Responsibilities
- Aid in the revamp of our Power BI report library
- -Along with business leaders, prioritize all existing reports by most used
- -Rebuild reports to point to a central data warehouse
- -Contribute to a unform, professional UI for all reports in library
- -Enhance reports as requested by end users
- Build out new dashboards, reports, and visualizations as requests
- Support the continual improvement of data warehouse
- Contribute as needed to company’s ERP implementation project
