About The Position

We are looking for a college student to join our Customer Strategy team. This role will focus on using data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to support our customer outreach and clienteling programs.

Requirements

  • College student, New York-based (hybrid, 4-days in our SoHo office)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data, identify patterns, and drive actionable insights
  • SQL proficiency is required; experience with Looker is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements

Responsibilities

  • Operationally support our Customer Sales & Service OKR
  • Analyze customer outreach trends to identify opportunities to increase outreach and evaluate the ROI of our customer clienteling efforts
  • Use data-driven insights to launch customer activations that prioritize sustainability as a core differentiator at Ref with a focus on Gen Z values
  • Identify opportunities to enhance automation and AI-driven solutions
  • Support scaling and optimizing our customer reporting capabilities
  • Assist in preparing outreach opportunities for our Summer Sale
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across operations, customer support, and data analytics
