About The Position
This is a full-time Internship position based out of the corporate office of Bay & Bay Transportation, located in Eagan, MN. The Customer Service Associate Intern will support the logistics team by assisting with tasks like order processing, shipment tracking, and customer communications while gaining practical experience in the field. This position will be accountable for assisting in freight order data entry, appointment scheduling and working directly with our Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives.
