Job Scope – At Diasorin, our ten-week (June 1st-August 7th) paid internship program offers hands on experience that correlates with your degree focus. You will contribute by delivering key tasks and projects that provide to our broader mission of the organization, and how we have an impact on patients’ lives. As an Intern of Diasorin, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow interns, and employees through various onsite and offsite activities! You will also be able to gain industry knowledge that will aid in your professional development, while showcasing your learnings and accomplishments to Senior leaders and fellow colleagues. Department Overview The Critical Raw Materials team tests and characterizes mainly protein-based materials for use in manufacturing immunoassays. The team ensures that these materials are readily available for downstream manufacturing and that lot-to-lot variation is minimized. The CRM intern will perform experiments with these materials to better understand critical process limits impacting performance in manufacturing.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Biochemisty, Chemistry or scientific related field.
• Currently enrolled in a University or College Program that is accredited.
• Recent graduates may be considered.
• Must be enrolled in or have completed courses related to field of interest.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Attention to Detail
• Being A Team Player and Operating with Professionalism.
• Foundational lab courses from scientific related degree program.

Responsibilities

• The CRM intern will perform experiments with these materials to better understand critical process limits impacting performance in manufacturing.
