About The Position

We are looking for people who are passionate and looking to: Understand what it takes to work in a creative agency – the ins, outs, and surprises that come along the way Get real-life hands-on experience and contribute to providing solutions for our clients’ business objectives Partner with a team to take on a project, uncover the primary business problem, and pitch a strategic solution Sharpen communication and presentation skills – there’s a ton of learning that happens, and opportunities for you to practice Ideate, innovate, and ask questions – we move at a fast pace, and want to make sure you are along for the ride

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a College student working towards a degree at an accredited college or university. Must show proof of enrollment.
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without a visa or sponsorship
  • Ability to work in a hybrid working environment (mix of home and office)
  • Must be located within commuting distance to our office location (we have offices in Colorado Springs and Denver)
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and work ethic
  • Commitment to approximately 24 hours per week (core hours are Mon-Thurs 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
  • Commitment to a program that runs from the end of May through the beginning of August (precise dates TBD)
  • Demonstrate understanding of full scope of agency’s offerings
  • Support the agency’s values

Nice To Haves

  • Adobe Suite or Figma are essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are needed.
  • Problem solving, proficient communication, and presentation skills are needed.
  • Previous research experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to interpret datasets are preferred.
  • An ability to use resources in building a recommendation that meets goals and to present ideas in a compelling way are key to an effective media recommendation.
  • An interest in media/advertising trends and journalism as well as skills in Google Sheets and Slides are helpful in exploring a career in media.
  • Understanding customer motivations, behaviors and media usage will play a big role in success as well as the ability to analyze data to uncover strategic insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Upon joining, you’ll be assigned to a home team and department, but you’ll also get a chance to connect with others to gain a full understanding of how we work.
  • The Creative department is responsible for coming up with the big ideas to create ground-breaking, tech-forward activations for our clients.
  • Art direction/design or copywriting backgrounds are required and brand experience is preferred.
  • Our Designers create physical experiences to bring brands to life.
  • Our Production team ensures all live event projects are as organized and creative as possible by providing budgets and schedules to turn our ideas into realities.
