Requirements

Pursuing a college degree/graduate degree in Arts, Creative, Design, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
Well versed in Asana, Monday.com, Excel, Word.
Has knowledge of website CMS and back-end management.
Has knowledge of Adobe Suite, however, doesn’t need to have design experience. This is purely a role that will help manage creative work and requests, and not designing creative work. Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment
Proactive in accomplishing tasks
We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
This role has direct involvement with field marketing and corporate marketing, outstanding communication skills are required.
Applicants must also have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have the confidence to provide feedback to management and have strong follow through.

Responsibilities

Managing all creative projects, tasks, and Studio responsibilities.
Helps to manage new task requests and inputting them into project management software.
PowerPoint design for Highgate business development and other pitches
Mechanical print files
Merch, swag, and collateral ideation and design
Logo exports and brand file organization
Development of marketing materials
This is purely a role that will help manage creative work and requests, and not designing creative work.
Must be proactive in designing and suggesting of creative ideas
Must be organized and save all files (including working files) in their respective folders
