The Corporate Communications team plays a central role in shaping and sharing the UFC’s voice across both internal and external audiences. The department supports executive messaging, organizational announcements, and employee communications to ensure information is clear, timely, and aligned with company priorities. By partnering closely with leadership and teams across the organization, Corporate Communications helps drive transparency, consistency, and trust. This function is essential to how the UFC communicates its mission, initiatives, and impact to employees, partners, media, and the broader public.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a related field such as Public Relations, Journalism, English, Communications, or a similar discipline, or within six months of graduation; Junior or Senior standing preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficient writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Interest in creating compelling stories, messaging, and communication materials.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project support to the Corporate Communications team across day-to-day tasks and long-term initiatives.
  • Assist with drafting press releases to promote UFC initiatives and organizational updates.
  • Monitor and track media coverage related to UFC.
  • Conduct research on current industry events and historical business topics to support communications planning.
  • Assist with drafting internal, company-wide communications.
  • Support the creation of briefing materials for UFC executives related to public speaking opportunities and media interviews.
  • Assist the Corporate Communications team with researching and identifying potential speaking engagements and industry awards for UFC and its executives.
  • Support the drafting and submission of materials for industry awards.
  • Assist with initiatives related to UFC’s Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
