Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of Lean, Six Sigma, and problemâsolving methodologies
- Support CI projects that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve production flow
- Participate in kaizen events and identify opportunities for improvement on the plant floor
- Assist with time studies, process mapping, and data collection
- Introduction to Continuous Improvement tools (5S, rootâcause analysis, visual management, etc.)
- Training on safety and quality systems
- Exposure to operational performance metrics and reporting
- Work sideâbyâside with CI specialists, supervisors, and crossâfunctional teams
- Hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment
