The Intern - Consumer Protection will assist with the day-to-day duties of the Office of Attorney General. This may include answering the toll-free line to assist consumers with their issues. The intern will become well-versed in consumer protection laws such as the vehicle lemon law, travel statutes, charities, cyber security, ID Theft, and many more. The internship may also include special projects such as working with the Investigators on research, organizing case files, and prepping a case. Depending on time frames, it may include attending various fairs throughout the state, working in the Consumer Protection booth, and interacting with the public.
