About The Position

J oin our dynamic North America Commercial Finance team as a Commercial Finance Intern and play a key role in shaping data-driven decisions that drive business success! The Commercial Finance Intern will support the North America Commercial Finance team to deliver meaningful financial insights, enhance reporting processes, and support strategic decision-making. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, allowing you to work on both recurring deliverables and high-impact ad-hoc projects. You’ll gain real-world exposure to how finance drives business performance at a global company. What You'll Do Month-End Reporting Support Assist in the preparation and validation of monthly financial reports, supporting variance analysis, commentary, and performance insights. Collaborate with business units and the Strategy team to understand key drivers and align on month-end insights and narratives. Process Optimization & Reporting Enhancements E valuate, Learn, and identify opportunities to streamline recurring reporting processes and refine financial mapping structures for improved accuracy. Collaborate with Finance Systems and Data teams to implement changes and support the development of dashboards or summaries for leadership review. Ad-Hoc Analytical Projects Gather and interpret market data, compile performance analysis, and conduct benchmarking or competitor reviews. Contribute strategic presentations and investigations, including billing credit memo trends and other Commercial Finance initiatives. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity. Additional Information This role is subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals.
