As an intern, you’ll work on meaningful projects like Email Voice of Customer analysis, connecting feedback directly to sales performance and execution metrics. You’ll see how your work connects to business decisions, build strong relationships across teams, and gain confidence by contributing to projects that truly matter. Job Summary: The Sales Execution intern will play a key role in launching and enabling a new Email Voice of Customer (VOC) program. Over the 16‑week term, the intern will design and build the end‑to‑end analytical framework used to evaluate customer feedback and connect VOC insights to key performance metrics such as GET, sales performance, and customer behavior. This role will involve data analysis, reporting development, and insight generation, with a strong focus on translating feedback into actionable recommendations. The intern will partner with cross‑functional teams to share findings, support optimization efforts, and help influence data‑driven decisions that improve execution and the customer experience. What You Bring to the Role: Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required Experience with PowerPoint Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar) is an asset Data analysis and problem‑solving skills Ability to work with datasets and identify trends and insights Basic understanding of business metrics and performance measurement Experience creating reports, dashboards, or presentations Strong communication and storytelling skills Curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional partners The successful student will be currently enrolled in a Canadian accredited university or college throughout the period of the Internship/Co-op program.
