About The Position

We are seeking an Audience Activation Intern to support data-driven marketing campaigns from start to finish. This role offers hands-on experience with audience data selection, campaign execution, quality assurance, and performance measurement. The intern will work with a collaborative, mostly remote team, gaining exposure to real client work while learning how campaigns are activated, managed, and optimized across channels. Internship details: The internship will begin June 15th, 2026 Our intention is to have interns work on-site in Conway, Arkansas if possible. 20-25 hours/week work dedication during the semester and up to 40/week during breaks and summer Anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027 Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Applied Data Analytics, Communication
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong Communication Skills

Responsibilities

  • Support data-driven marketing campaigns from planning through execution
  • Assist with audience data selection and campaign setup across channels
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns launch accurately
  • Review creative assets for accuracy, formatting, and readiness
  • Help track campaign performance and support closed-loop measurement
  • Update and maintain project details in campaign and workflow tools
  • Partner with strategists and execution managers on active client work
  • Learn best practices for campaign activation, testing, and optimization
  • Gain exposure to real-world marketing operations in a collaborative, remote environment
