WPS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an Intern - Asset Management in our Green Bay, Wisconsin location. This internship is full-time during the Summer of 2026 with the potential to work part-time during the academic year. The hourly rate for this internship is $20.30 with paid company holidays. WEC Energy Group offers a variety of opportunities for students seeking hands-on experience that are currently enrolled in a four-year degree program. Students work with experienced members of these functional teams. The Fleet Department is in charge of ordering new equipment and maintaining the equipment. This position supports both the acquisition team and the maintenance team. As part of the fleet team you will interact regularly with many different departments within the organization.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or HSED
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline with a graduation date after June 2026.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and reporting on key Fleet Statistics
- Assisting with process efficiencies for Fleet Capital and Maintenance Team
- Analyze fleet data standards
- Support staff on projects, data entry and analysis
- Build working knowledge within their field through exposure to a variety of daily tasks, and projects.
