Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
  • You’re curious about how AI is used in marketing, and you’re eager to learn how teams personalize content at scale.
  • Visionary leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive decision making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and manage complex problem

Responsibilities

  • Audit and analyze outputs from the Hightouch AI decisioning engine to identify gaps in personalized content across products, segments, and lifecycle stages
  • Develop new modular email and push notification content aligned to AI-selected offers and user insights
  • Build reusable content frameworks designed specifically for dynamic, AI-driven personalization
  • Support the strategy and documentation of new AI “agents,” including defining use cases, inputs, outputs, and success metrics
  • Partner with Martech and BI teams to evaluate performance of AI-driven journeys and recommend optimizations
  • Help design structured experimentation plans to test AI-generated content vs. traditional lifecycle messaging
  • Contribute to internal documentation and best practices for scaling AI-enabled marketing workflows
