Micron’s Advanced Packaging Technology Development (APTD) Procurement team is seeking a high-performing intern to support and advance procurement functions across our Worldwide Sites. This role will focus on data quality and analytics associated with APTD functions as well as digital transformation initiatives. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience in capital procurement, supplier management, and process optimization while evolving associated data systems.

Requirements

• Pursuing B.S. or M.S., and majoring in Engineering, Data science, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business or related field
• Junior or Senior in college, or 2nd-year M.S. student
• Minimum GPA of 3.5
• Demonstrated understanding and knowledge in digital transformation, AI, and automation as it applies to procurement data analytics

Nice To Haves

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data and Microsoft tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Prior internship or experience in supply chain or procurement preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess data quality and implement improvement proposals
• Work with end users to understand analytics and data presentation requirements and then implement those requirements via user friendly interfaces that integrate into Micron infrastructure.
