At Cleveland Clinic Health System, we believe in a better future for healthcare. And each of us is responsible for honoring our commitment to excellence, pushing the boundaries and transforming the patient experience, every day. We all have the power to help, heal and change lives — beginning with our own. That’s the power of the Cleveland Clinic Health System team, and The Power of Every One. Join Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus where research and surgery are advanced, technology is leading-edge, patient care is world class and caregivers are family. Here, you will work alongside a passionate and dedicated team, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world. As an Intern, you will work closely with department representatives and participate in a structured learning experience. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support various projects. The ideal future caregiver is an undergraduate student majoring in communications, business, education, or a closely related field who is interested in project management, communications, teamwork, data analysis, and data input. This individual should be able to communicate solutions using project management and development best practices, think critically and creatively with strong attention to detail, and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to accept feedback. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while also functioning independently when needed. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to explore Cleveland Clinic’s culture and gain exposure to data and space strategy projects, onboarding processes, and process improvement initiatives. Based at Main Campus, interns will also have opportunities to travel to schools and other campuses for presentations with the Administrative Director or other team members. Cleveland Clinic supports interns through flexible scheduling, a hybrid schedule after summer break, and valuable networking opportunities. A caregiver in this role works days from 9:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.
